P.E. Lessons with Joe Wicks
Each week day morning at 9 a.m. P.E. coach Joe Wicks will share live 30 minute P.E. lessons for you to do with him.
The lessons will involve:
5 min warm up
10 min work out - 30 second exercises with 30 second rests in-between.
2 min rest
5 min cool down - stretches.
Monday to Friday
9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (30 mins)
